Date Clue does not provide and is not a substitute for:

• Results may vary and are not guaranteed to be accurate or helpful
• The AI does not know your complete situation and cannot replace human insight
• You should not make significant life decisions based solely on AI-generated advice

5. Account Terms

To access certain features, you may need to create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete registration information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access

6. Subscription and Payments

Free tier availability and limits may change at any time without notice.

Premium Subscription

Premium subscriptions provide unlimited access to all features. By subscribing, you agree to:

• Pay the subscription fee at the interval you selected (weekly)
• Automatic renewal unless you cancel before the renewal date
• Provide accurate payment information

Billing

Payments are processed by Stripe. Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing period. You authorize us to charge your payment method on file for renewal fees. Prices are in USD and may be subject to applicable taxes.

Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting us. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You will retain access to premium features until then. We do not provide prorated refunds for partial billing periods.

Refunds

Due to the nature of digital services, refunds are generally not provided once a subscription period has begun. However, we may consider refund requests on a case-by-case basis for technical issues that prevented use of the Service. Contact us within 7 days of the charge for consideration.

Price Changes

We reserve the right to change subscription prices. For existing subscribers, price changes will take effect at the next renewal after 30 days' notice via email.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Harass, abuse, or harm others
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service

8. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Date Clue and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of our Service without permission.

AI-generated insights provided to you are for your personal use. You may share them privately but may not commercially redistribute them.

9. User Responsibility

You are solely responsible for your decisions and actions. Any reliance you place on information from Date Clue is strictly at your own risk. You agree that:

• Real relationship decisions should involve direct communication with the people involved
• When appropriate, you should consult qualified professionals
• The Service is not a replacement for human connection and support
• You will use the Service responsibly and ethically

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, DATE CLUE AND ITS OWNERS, OPERATORS, AFFILIATES, AND EMPLOYEES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

• Loss of profits, data, or goodwill
• Service interruption or computer damage
• Damages arising from decisions made based on the Service's output
• Emotional distress or relationship outcomes
• Any other damages arising from use of or inability to use the Service

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ALL CLAIMS RELATED TO THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM, OR $50 USD, WHICHEVER IS GREATER.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT:

• The Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free
• Results will be accurate, reliable, or meet your expectations
• Any errors will be corrected
• The Service will be available at any particular time or location

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Date Clue and its owners, operators, affiliates, and employees from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the Service, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any third-party rights.

16. Dispute Resolution

Before filing a claim, you agree to attempt to resolve disputes informally by contacting us. If a dispute cannot be resolved informally within 30 days, either party may proceed with formal dispute resolution.

Class Action Waiver: You agree that any dispute resolution will be conducted only on an individual basis and not in a class, consolidated, or representative action.

17. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will survive (including liability limitations, indemnification, and dispute resolution).

18. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.

19. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Date Clue regarding the Service and supersede any prior agreements.
